The source pointed out that roughly 88 percent of leaders are using mobile phones to complete leadership development coursework, while more than three-quarters rely on e-learning courses in addition to classroom-style settings. The big question here is whether or not these types of tactics actually help participants retain the information and knowledge contained therein, or if the lessons are swept into oblivion shortly following completion.
